| • Represent stakeholders in engagements on labour relations matters (SAQA Unit Standard 12135). • The Employment Equity Act and manpower planning (SAQA Unit Standard 10983). • The Skills Development and related Acts and Regulations – driving competence. • The BBBEE Act and Codes. Tutorial 2: Skills Development and Employment Equity Compliance & DG Reviews. |
