Support and Consulting

Pastel Payroll’s Professional Services Division provides on-site Payroll consulting services to customers who require one-on-one assistance from one of Pastel Payroll’s software, Payroll and HR specialists. Our on-site Professional Service Agents ensure that customers receive the benefits of a customised service, tailored to their business and specific requirements.

On-site consultations are charged for at the following standard rates (exclusive of VAT):

Consulting Fee: R599.00 per hour (part hours are charged pro rata)
Travel Time Fee: R195.00 per hour (part hours are charged pro rata)
Kilometres Travelled Fee: R3.10 per km travelled from Pastel Payroll’s premises in Sandton to the customers’ premises & return.
