Method A - Register your software online:

Once you have selected and submitted the completed registration of your applicable Payroll product, your registration code will be e-mailed to you on the fly.

Please ensure that you have your serial number handy to begin the online registrations process. Your serial number for your Payroll product is displayed at the back of the installation guide if you purchased via a retail store and displayed on your invoice if you purchased software from a Pastel Payroll Reseller or one of our branches.


 

Method B - Register your software telephonically:

We have a Registrations Call Centre that is ready to take your call. Please ensure that you have the following details readily available to avoid any delays in your registrations process:

• Serial Number: Your serial number for your Payroll product is displayed at the back of the installation guide if you purchased via a retail store and displayed on your invoice if you purchased software from a Pastel Payroll Reseller or one of our branches.
• Company Name.
• Name of Payroll Administrator.
• Company VAT registration number.
• E-mail address.
• Telephone number.
• Fax number.
• Postal and Physical address.
