- Get rid of the rows and rows of filing cabinets in your HR Manager’s office – any file, whether a document, audio or video can be linked to and stored on each employee’s record – no limitations!

Keep Track of Company Assets Issued
- Assets can be grouped together by creating Asset Types.

- Create each company asset within Asset Type groupings.
- Keep record of asset details, e.g. the purchase date and original purchase price, scrap date and reason.
- Indicate whether the asset must be returned to the company when an employee’s services are terminated.
- Link a picture of the asset for easy identification.

- Link the asset to a Person’s record and specify additional detail per individual.

Record Disciplinary Actions

- Create a list of disciplinary reasons applicable within your company.

- Capture details of disciplinary actions taken against employees.
- Record the date the incident occurred, the reason for the disciplinary action, as well as details on warnings issued in regards to the incident.
- Select the superior who was responsible for taking action against the employee and indicate whether a union representative was present during the proceeding.

- A detailed incident report can be captured per disciplinary action taken.
- Indicate whether the person will be suspended for this offense, as well as the duration of the suspension and whether it will be paid/unpaid suspension.
- If the offense is serious enough, the person can be dismissed and the dismissal details can be captured on the disciplinary record.

Recognise Employees’ Qualifications and Training Requirements

- Create lists of educational institutions used for training courses.

- Create lists of all the relevant courses employees might have to complete.

- Create lists of qualifications that employees might have to achieve.

- Capture details of training completed or planned courses per individual
- The training course date and duration can be recorded as well as the superior who approved the course attendance.
- The costs of training courses can be displayed at a high level, indicating the value of the training course.

Performance Appraisals can be done Accurately and Regularly

- Create unlimited Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) to describe general goals within the company or specific departments

- Create unlimited Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure specific tasks that need to be completed to reach general goals within the company or specific departments.

- Setup Departments within your company and link the relevant Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to define the tasks and goals that need to be completed per department.

- Create Rating Types to allocate an overall rating per performance review completed.

- Setup default templates for Performance Reviews to ensure a quick and accurate appraisal process.

- Capture Performance Reviews per individual and keep detail such as the review date, review type, reviewer name and whether or not and when a follow up is required.
- Performance Reviews can be loaded from the pre-defined templates create per department or can be modified per individual when required.

- Utilise the simple Scorecard screen to rate performances based on KPA’s and KPI’s.
