Self Service for you and your employees (online and mobile)

With Sage Pastel Payroll Self Service, employees can apply for leave, submit travel claims and update their personal details online or via their smartphone, anywhere, anytime. What’s more, Payroll Administrators and Business Owners will get their payroll software updated automatically, eliminating manually recapturing leave or travel claim forms.

What is Self Service?

Self Service is a web-based self-service tool enabling employees to manage and maintain their own information online, or via their smartphone, without unnecessary paperwork. With many organisations going ‘green’, Self Service provides the perfect ‘paperless’ solution.

Enables mobility: all you need is an internet connection

Self Service enables employees to make applications for leave, salary advances, loans, bursaries or other financial assistance, online or via their smartphone, no matter where they are in the world as long as they have an internet connection. Employees can view their previous months’ payslips (Self Service online only), update personal information, submit their travel claims and so much more!

Self Service is hosted: no IT team required

Self Service is a hosted solution and the application sits in the Cloud, which means companies are guaranteed quick deployment at low implementation cost. You do not have to invest in additional infrastructure to host this online application. All you need is an internet connection and a computer to install Self Service Publisher onto.

Based on workflow capabilities and the organisational chart

The organisation chart indicates the hierarchy and reporting structures of each department involved in the approval procedure with the administrator having sole access to create and amend the workflow structures. The Self Service system is set up according to your company’s policies and procedures which ensures any information submitted online, or via your smartphone, reaches only the persons authorised to view your details. Furthermore, Self Service breaks down distance barriers by optimising web technology and is ideal for companies with remote branches or with reps on the road.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Additional charges apply if you require modules for specialised industries.
  2. The initial purchase price includes a 12-month Licence Fee, effective from date of invoice.
  3. Your Annual Licence Fee entitles you to telephonic and e-mail support. It also entitles you to all software and legislative updates.
  4. An Annual Licence Fee will be payable 12 months after the invoice date for the following year.
  5. If your Annual Licence Fee contract lapses with more than 4 months, you will have to re-purchase the software at the full price should you wish to recommence usage of the software.
  6. Non-payment of Annual Licence Fees, will result in the forfeiture of further usage of the software system and Sage Pastel Payroll & HR services.
