August PAYE Reconciliation

SARS has officially launched the Bi-annual Submission for 2010/ 2011. Employers are required to submit their first bi-annual reconciliations to SARS from 01 September 2010 to 29 October 2010. To read more, click here.

The new version of SARS e@syFile that contains all the changes for the bi-annual submissions will be released on 01 September 2010. You will need to fully reconcile and submit your March 2010 to August 2010 Payroll to SARS by 29 October 2010.

The Individual Income Tax Filing Season began on 01 July 2010

The 2010 tax filing season has begun for millions of South African taxpayers. From 1 July taxpayers are able to request their income tax returns from the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and submit the returns manually by post or electronically (online using eFiling). To read more, click here.
